WebI have tried Shippsy for parcel forwarding and my experience has been negative. There are many issues during the shipping process. For example, sending to the wrong pickup location, charging the wrong amount, long time for support to respond and the list goes on. WebThey do not want to admit their mistake nor are they willing to do anything to make it right. No credit, no refund. I spoke to at least 3 / 4 members, supervisors and they would not refund me for the damage they caused. Shippsy blocked me from making any further comments on their website. That speaks volumes. Shippsy requires you to add a unique code “SHP#XXXXX” to your address so that they can connect it to your account, however BBB isn’t allowing this code anywhere on the mailing address. I know people tried Shippsy as they were cheaper and CBP was getting slow around the holidays. I’ve used both. Neither lost but CBP seemed like a more organized outfit.
