WebbI think by the time you finish ruinous scythe, rush of agony would hit with damage, and skoria would likely proc as you’d have three DoTs at once (stampede, bleed from ruinous scythe, and defiler). I’ve never tested Rush of agony, but I used to use Venomous smite instead with this setup and it slapped until they nerfed it.
